Data We Do NOT Collect

PepStack Pro stores all health-related data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

  • Peptide protocols or stacks
  • Injection logs or dosing history
  • Lab results or bloodwork
  • Journal entries or progress photos
  • Personal health information
  • Medical conditions or diagnoses

Data We May Collect

To provide and improve our service, we may collect minimal non-health data:

  • Account information: Apple ID association for subscription management (handled by Apple)
  • App analytics: Anonymous usage data such as feature usage frequency, crash reports, and performance metrics (can be opted out via iOS settings)
  • Device information: Device type and iOS version for compatibility and debugging purposes

Website Analytics

The PepStack Pro website (pepstackpro.com) may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the user experience. This may include anonymized page views, referral sources, and general geographic data. We do not use invasive tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store: Subscription billing and management is handled entirely by Apple under their privacy policy.
  • MyFlowMD: If you choose to connect with a physician through MyFlowMD, you will be directed to their platform, which is governed by their own privacy policy and HIPAA compliance.

Data Security

Because your health data is stored locally on your device, it benefits from your device's built-in security features including encryption, biometric authentication, and passcode protection. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode.

Data Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you can delete all app data at any time by deleting the PepStack Pro app from your device. To cancel your subscription, manage it through the App Store before deleting the app.

Children's Privacy

PepStack Pro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
