1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PepStack Pro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

PepStack Pro is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

All content within the App, including but not limited to peptide profiles, dosing information, protocol suggestions, interaction alerts, and educational materials, is for informational and educational purposes only. This content should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or discontinuing any health-related protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in PepStack Pro.

PepStack Pro, its developers, and affiliates assume no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of using the information provided in the App.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use PepStack Pro only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App for any illegal activity
  • Redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the App without authorization
  • Use the App's content to provide medical advice to others
  • Misrepresent the App's content as medical guidance
  • Use the App in any way that could harm yourself or others

4. Subscriptions & Billing

PepStack Pro offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly Plan: $4.99/month, billed monthly after the free trial period.
  • Annual Plan: $49.99/year, billed annually after the free trial period.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through App Store Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PepStack Pro — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of PepStack Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

PepStack Pro may link to or integrate with third-party services, including MyFlowMD for physician connections. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepStack Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
