A-Klotho
Alpha-Klotho is an anti-aging protein first discovered in 1997. It functions as a circulating hormone that declines with age, and its reduction is associated with kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and shortened lifespan. A-Klotho monoclonal antibody (MAB) therapy aims to restore youthful Klotho levels, improving cognitive function, organ protection, and cellular resilience. Research has shown that even a single injection can enhance cognitive function in aged mice, and human trials are underway. It is one of the most promising longevity interventions.

Dosing Protocol
10 mcg subcutaneously (50 units = full vial). This is a highly potent compound — follow provider guidance for exact dosing. With standard reconstitution (10 mcg in 0.5 mL), 0.2 mcg per unit — 50 units = 10 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Reconstitution
Add 0.5 mL bacteriostatic water to a 10 mcg vial. Handle with care — protein is fragile.
