Epithalon
Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide based on the natural peptide Epithalamin produced by the pineal gland. Its primary mechanism is activating telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length — the protective caps on chromosomes that shorten with age. By preserving telomere length, Epithalon may slow cellular aging. It also regulates melatonin production, improving circadian rhythm and sleep quality.
