TB-500

TB-500 is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring peptide Thymosin Beta-4. It plays a key role in tissue repair by promoting cell migration, blood vessel formation, and reducing inflammation. TB-500 is particularly effective for muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries, and is known for its systemic healing properties — meaning it can reach injured areas throughout the body regardless of injection site.

Dosing Protocol

2.5-5 mg per injection (50-100 units), twice per week. Works in synergy with BPC-157. With standard reconstitution (5 mg in 1 mL), 0.05 mg per unit — 50 units = 2.5 mg, 100 units = 5 mg (full syringe) on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Reconstitution

Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial.

Timing

Can be taken any time of day. Injection site does not need to be near the injury.

Potential Side Effects

  • Head rush shortly after injection
  • Temporary lethargy
  • Mild irritation at injection site

Important Warnings

  • Not FDA-approved
  • WADA-prohibited substance
  • Theoretical concern about promoting existing tumor growth — avoid with active cancer

Frequently Asked Questions

What is TB-500 typically used for?

TB-500 is typically used for systemic tissue repair and recovery. It is popular for muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries because it is intended to support healing throughout the body rather than only at the injection site.

Does TB-500 need to be injected near the injury?

No. TB-500 is usually described as systemic, so people do not typically target the exact injury site the way they sometimes do with other recovery compounds.

How is TB-500 commonly dosed?

A common starting framework is 2.5 to 5 mg per injection twice per week during a loading phase, with the exact protocol adjusted based on recovery goals, source concentration, and clinician oversight.

Do people stack TB-500 with BPC-157?

Yes. TB-500 is one of the most common BPC-157 stack partners because the two are often used together for soft-tissue healing and recovery-focused protocols.
