Dosing Protocol
1-3 mg total blend daily (5-15 units), injected subcutaneously. With standard reconstitution (80 mg in 4 mL), 0.2 mg per unit — 5 units = 1 mg, 15 units = 3 mg on a U-100 insulin syringe. Consider taking 15-30 days off after each 30-day cycle.
Reconstitution
Add 4 mL bacteriostatic water to an 80 mg vial.
Timing
Morning on an empty stomach, or before bed. Rotate injection sites.
