CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin
CJC-1295 (with or without DAC) combined with Ipamorelin is the most widely used growth hormone releasing peptide combination. CJC-1295 stimulates sustained GH release by mimicking GHRH, while Ipamorelin acts as a selective ghrelin receptor agonist. Together they create a powerful synergistic pulse of growth hormone without significantly affecting cortisol or prolactin. Dosing Protocol
1-4 mg total blend per injection (20-80 units). For a 5/5 mg combo vial reconstituted with 2 mL, 0.05 mg per unit — 20 units = 1 mg, 80 units = 4 mg. For a 10/10 mg combo vial reconstituted with 4 mL, same 0.05 mg per unit. Great blend for athlete trying to put on lean muscle tissue and fat-to-muscle conversion.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5/5 mg vial, or 4 mL to a 10/10 mg vial.
Timing
Fasted — 45 minutes before and after injection.
