Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue that stimulates the pituitary via the ghrelin receptor without significantly affecting cortisol, prolactin, or appetite. This makes it the cleanest GH peptide available and ideal for beginners or those sensitive to side effects. Dosing Protocol
200-300 mcg per injection (4-6 units), up to 3 times a day. With standard reconstitution (10 mg in 2 mL), 0.05 mg per unit — 4 units = 200 mcg, 6 units = 300 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe. 5 days on, 2 days off.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial.
Timing
Fasted — 30 minutes before each meal, up to 3 times a day.
