Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide consisting of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone in a natural, pulsatile pattern — preserving the body's feedback mechanisms unlike exogenous HGH. Sermorelin is one of the most well-studied and safest GH peptides, with decades of clinical use. Benefits include dramatically improved deep sleep, increased lean muscle mass, reduced body fat, better skin elasticity, and enhanced recovery.

Once daily — 5 days on, 2 days off per week

Dosing Protocol
500 mcg to 2 mg once daily (10-40 units). With standard reconstitution (5 mg in 1 mL), 0.05 mg per unit — 10 units = 500 mcg, 40 units = 2 mg on a U-100 insulin syringe. 5 days on, 2 days off.
Reconstitution
Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial. Or add 2 mL to a 10 mg vial.
Timing
Fasted — 2 hours before first meal, or before bed, or split between both.
